Brush your teeth for two minutes twice a day, preferably with electric brush.

Floss and use interdental brushes daily. It will help te remove plaque from the areas between your teeth where the toothbrush can’t reach.
Flossing also helps prevent gum disease and cavities.
Use mouthwash after brushing.
Drinking fewer (or no fizzy drinks at all) helps prevent dental erosion!
Avoid often consumption of acidic foods and drinks, fruit and fruit juices.
Still water is the best drink for your teeth!
Milk is also good because it helps to neutralise the acids in your mouth!
